Water Really is the Key to Health!
Water is necessary for most of your natural body processes such as digestion and calorie-burning. If you eat healthy fiber-rich foods, like fruit, veggies and whole grains, drinking a lot of water can also help prevent constipation. Finally, water can help make physical activity a little easier. When you are activet, your muscles actually hold on to water. If your body isn't hydrated enough, your muscles might not operate at full capacity.
QUICK TIP: A good way to help drink the reccomended eight glasses of water daily is to set the alarm on your watch to beep on the hour. Drink one glass of water every time it beeps.
